After a third consecutive La Nina was confirmed for Australia this year an overall picture is emerging that could mean floods, heatwaves and tropical cyclones from October until April 2023.
For the fourth time this month, flooded regions stretching throughout inland NSW are once again being lashed by widespread rain - bringing with it the risk of widespread major flooding.
