Identified as the platoon and medical officer, respectively, of the NPA's Sentro de Grabidad Platoon of Central Negros Front 2, the two died during a clash with soldiers in Barangay Buenavista, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental on April 1.
BACOLOD CITY - An alleged leader of the New People’s Army (NPA) and his wife were killed in a clash with the Army at Sitio Kulihaw, Barangay Buenavista, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental on Friday. Killed were Elbert Nicolas Quillano alias “Carding,” a finance officer and head of Sentro De Gabrida
