Chief of the Air Staff Sir Mike Wigston (pictured above) said the RAF had launched an inquiry into how such a controversial policy was devised and very nearly implemented.
The training was given to the RAF s aerobatic team at RAF Scrampton and included the Red Arrows, days after 40 personnel gave 250 hours of
evidence in an enquiry into the toxic unit.
Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston, who launched an investigation into accusations of inappropriate behaviour in December 2021, has said legitimate questions are being asked .
