Energy Providers Warn Rolling Blackouts Still Possible Wednesday

Energy Providers Warn Rolling Blackouts Still Possible Wednesday As frigid temps continue to keep this area in a proverbial polar vortex stranglehold, power providers are preparing people for the potential of additional rolling blackouts again today.
