Its a long list of questions that every troubleshooter out there in the field is armed with as they go from polling place to polling place, to solve problem, and those problems started sprouting out early today. Several pollings places opened late because workers failed to show up on time, and about a dozen voters given the wrong ballot at one location. And this is called poll worker error.
