The man is a known gang member with a lengthy record and has been captured. And a road just reopened after a minor accident turned deadly. Started with a fender bender at about 7 00 at night. A woman and her passenger got out as did the scions driver. They were exchanging information when a toyota prius slammed into their cars and launched forward slamming into the female driver and her passenger.
