Mayor london breed says at the end of the day friday, the city will eliminate Indoor Dining, reduce capacity at gyms and movie theaters and pause reopening at high schools, elementary and middle schools can proceed. Heres the reason why. Three weeks ago, there were 3. 7 cases per 100,000 people in San Francisco, and now there are 9 per 100,000. San francisco is averaging 80 new cases a day. Thats up from 32 a day in early october. City Health Officials say that rate is increasing more quickly than the summer surge. This video of a building just came toppling down, layer upon layer, so much debris. Images of crumbled buildings and smoke are flooding twitter this morning. The governor of the city says the city suffered extensive damage. The video is said to be some of the hardest hit neighborhoods there.
