some democrats, including chairman of judiciary committee are accusing the justice department of trying to silence mueller. the justice department sent out this letter to mueller yesterday layering out everything he couldn t say in their view instructing them that, quote, any testimony must remain within the boundaries of your public report. told them not to discuss any reactions or anything about uncharged third parties or any investigative decisions he made that aren t already in the public version of his report. it is important to note this is guidance that mueller apparently sought from the justice department after he publicly stated his testimony wouldn t go beyond the report. still some democrats think doj has gone too far. i think it s incredibly arrogant of the department to instruct him what to say as part of the opposing cover-up by the administration to keep information away from the american people. ahead of tomorrow, some top
, of course, the attorney general bob barr does not want mueller to testify. he doesn t want to be contradict inside his lies and misrepresents. i m sure he would be thrilled if his misrepresentations were the last word and we look forward to mr. mueller s testimony. taken all together tonight, these democratic chairman sound pretty confident. the trump administration sounds a little shook. now apparently afraid of even private testimony or mueller talking about his report in public. so what is scary? what has them shook about the facts? what is scary about a 400-page pile of evidence? bob mueller wrote the story of our political lifetime for all to see, to quote the late great product dij, he put our lifetime between the paper s lines. next week, some of those paper s lines may come to life on tv,
including this new report that the trump doj wants to silence mueller s deputies from testifying it at all even in closed session and now giuliani joining trump allies to blast these hearings before they begin. a bunch of unethical disgraceful prosecutors which is what they are and all this lionizing of mueller is disgraceful. he was a hit man. when it comes to mr. mueller s testimony, a lot of questions about bias and why he flipped the expectation that americans are innocent till proven guilty. i think he s going to have a tough time wednesday. it s not going to go the way the media thinks. i doubt it. it will be very interesting to see if he does another stumbling and bumblinging. > another stumbling and bumbling. rudy giuliani himself has been criticizes for bumbling legal presentations. he s opening another attack on muell mueller s demeanor. others about mueller s team and
that has allowed this administration to be as aggressive. why mueller s great till he s got to be great. when he has to be great in front of anybody, he says i m not going to say anything besides is the report. he shouldn t be afraid to expound upon the truth in the mueller report. that s what makes the administration feel we can pr this to death and get out of it. if you know anything about bob mueller, weise knew from the beginning of this he wasn t going to go outside the four corners of those pages. luckily there are 448 of those pages. as you have rightly noted not many of which people have read. there was a collective let down when we heard from mueller in may that he didn t want to talk to the public about it. even if he sticks to those 448 pages, there s so much in there. it s the difference between reading the book and watching an the movie. it s going to have an effect regardless of whether or not we get any new information outside of that report.
