Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma’s production of “Head Over Heels” will wrap up a three-week run at Lyric’s Plaza Theatre on Saturday. Oklahoma City singer-songwriter Janice Francis-Smith will present the first Elm Tree Concert of the Arcadia Round Barn’s 2022 season at 1 p.m. Sunday.
