I have said all along that when it was properly submitted to the rank and file of our people, they would readily see that it had no place in our constitution. It would be very difficult if not impossible to explain to those who come to this country from the lesson taught to the coming generation, to make it their business to see that no such matter as this is ever again made the subject of federal constitutional laws. I would love to see nine movies made. There seems to be a reluctance there that is misplaced. A lot of books that have nothing to do with islamic terrorism. In the code of conduct they all had to do with someone at the un. Hidden order was all about a series of murders taken place around boston. I normally dont say its about the fed when i publicize it because how could you make that sexy and be a thriller. Lets just one of several examples there was one muslim guy in it. It was one guy for all of that. Another theme intergovernmental intrigue. I talked to family members and things like this. Not close immediate family members. Francie tucker intrigue and i realize this is a same government that could not run the post office. All of the things that people want to put on dc makes for interesting fiction and i think we find it very easy to believe that there are forces behind the scene puppeteers that are controlling everything. So much about raising children is about what we dont want them to do, keep them dangers both real and virtual, no doubt this is a feature and bug of our helicoptering age with this attitude fails to promote a sense of independence in kids. Not only do they not know how to walk down the street by themselves but are incapable of entertaining themselves without a device in hand. For reasons both selfish, parents need a break, and selfless, we know this is an important life skill for them, the Current Situation is pretty untenable, our kids have trouble with any unstructured activity but reading for pleasure is the activity that has suffered the most. The Current Situation is untenable our kids have trouble with any kind of a structured activity but reading for pleasure is the activity that has suffered the most brick according to a recent analysis the share of americans who read for pleasure has fallen by more than 30 percent since 2004. If there is a way to reverse the trend it will have to start with their children and no one who can help us better than to learn how to share the joy they and pamela. She was the Childrens Book editor at the New York Times and has three children herself and also the author of six books and a host of the book review podcast.
