Three men fired at a closed restaurant in Mohali, Punjab, claiming to have come for Bunty Bains, a former manager of rapper Sidhu Moose Wala. The incident occurred a few hours after Bains had a family dinner at the restaurant. Police are investigating the matter and Bains has reported receiving a threat call on WhatsApp, which he initially dismissed as a prank. A case of attempted murder and Arms Act violation has been registered.

Sidhu Moosewala Murder Case: In a major development in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case, the statement of main accused gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has surfaced online in which he claimed to be innocent and even denied any conflict with the slain singer. In his statement, filed in Mansa court, Lawrence Bishnoi stated that the "accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the been aforesaid lateron case, although the accused/applicant has not committed any alleged crime."
