Action news is learning new information about a crash that killed a child and seriously injured three others, investigators identified all the victims but they are sorting out exactly what happened. Police say that the children that were all related were walking with a red wagon in Burlington County when a car hit them. They were reportedly walking in the road on the way home from the park, the three children injured are in critical condition, no charges are expected in the case and police say that the driver was going the speed limit and the children were wearing dark clothing.
