those. thank you julie. the president also monitoring potential disaster down south, slow moving tropical storm lee, coming ashore early this morning in southern louisiana. forecasts are calling for torrential rain on the gulf coast. casey stegall is in new orleans where everyone is keeping a close eye on rebuilt levees apriled at better protecting that city. reporter: we are on top of the famed jacks brewery in the french quarter. it gives a nice vantage point you can see the clouds taking over the skyline. it has been interesting. at times the sun will shine through the clouds and then another squall will move in, bringing a lot of rain and wind with it. that s what we are currently experiencing the rain starting to pick up, heavy wind gusts. but it is the rain that is of the real concern, throughout the south, because these are the pictures now coming out of the low-lying areas here in
