Winds are whipping across the east bay right now for theresa yeah thats right justine and and in fact the gusty as winds that ive seen all day and all night long happening right now for those of you in the north bay. And its going to continue to peek through 4 oclock for your monday morning and were seeing sustained winds in the 20 to 30 mile per hour range with gusts reported in the valleys at 30 to 40 Miles Per Hour highest peaks already seeing wind gusts at 60 to 70 Miles Per Hour.
Now the red flag warnings will be continued for these areas through 5 00 on tuesday. The winds arent going to be as strong, but they will still be gusty. The humidity be very low to the north bay mountains, thats where we are talking about the red flag warning through tuesday evening and we have wind advisory that is in effect for the entire bay area through 11 00 tomorrow morning. Even if youre in a spot that doesnt have a high fire threat, youll still need to prepare for the potential of Power Outages as whole trees could get knocked down by those winds.
