Pratapgarh: A woman officer posted in Uttar Pradesh s Pratapgarh has lodged a complaint against a man accusing him of raping and blackmailing her, the police said today.
Acting on the complaint, the police on Friday arrested the accused who is from the state s Shahjahanpur district, Station House Officer Ram Adhar said.
