In a tragic news, as many as 23 COVID-19 patients died in Chamarajanagar Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) in Karnataka s Chamarajanagar district on Monday due to an interruption in the supply of medical oxygen.
CIMS Director DM Sanjeev told reporters that due to a shortage of oxygen, 23 patients who were on ventilator support and needed a high flow of oxygen have died.
