Second floor . There are two apartments on the second floor and one on the bottom floor. So basically the restaurant is the front half of the building on the bottom. There is an apartment in the back half of the building and then mirroring apartments right above those two locations. Is there a third floor . No. Its very unstable and when you walk on it, it feels like you are going to fall through at certain points. I think the roof might be rotten that they are planning on putting the fan onto.
