A group home for special needs residents had left their house just up the block and were walking down to a basketball court. They were going to play some basketball. They came across two people in a car. For some reason or another, words were exchanged. According to Prince Georges County chief of police, one of the residents of the group home doesnt respond real well. And someone in car pulls out a gun. Opens fire. And hits that man in his 20s. That man runs just a little ways before he drops to the ground. Police say, this is an important note. Someone who was with the shooter was apparently horrified by what happened. Got out of the shooters car. Actually ran to the victim to and made comments that were heard in the neighborhood about how horrified that person was by the shooting.
