Reporter im here at 36th in northeast dc. Behind me is the scene where this man barricaded himself in after allegedly using a sharp object to attack another man. It lasted some seven hours ending around 9 00 this evening. The call came in at 2 48 p. M. One man had been attacked. The other refused to surrender.
