Pretty much all of Frederick County is getting in on that snow at the moment. Not a lot, but we do have light snow showers falling. The major issue from this is going to be with temperatures rapidly dropping. We could see refreezing and because those snow showers could reduce visibility, we have a Winter Weather advisory in effect until midnight for the entire metro area. As the snow moves out, the cold front moves out and the winds move in and we have a high wind warning. Usually you see us post wind advisories. This is a wind warning. The winds could gust as high as 60 Miles Per Hour from right now all the way through 2 00 a. M. On our wind gust tracker, you see how strong the winds get.
