A block of good Wexford land is for sale and going for auction this month.
The 24ac is at Deerpark, Foulksmills, and it’s being sold by Sherry Fitzgerald Radford.
The guide price is €240,000 - equivalent to €10,000/ac.
The location is midway between Wexford town and New Ross, not far from Taghmon.
There is very good, free-draining land in this area and, according to auctioneer John Radford, the land for sale is right up there with the best of it.
Good land all the way to the ditch
“It’s good land all the way to the ditch,” he said. “The area is known to be good tillage land.”
