DFS brings the world to Hainan with new experiential store Luxury retailer Hainan on a world tour with its new experiential outlet at the Times DF x DFS Haikou Mission Hills Duty-Free Complex. The new store, which is the second stage of an ongoing development project at the site, is themed ‘World in a Day’ and takes shoppers on a tour round iconic cities including Paris, Sydney using interactive displays and multi-sensory activations. This latest unveiling continues DFS’ focus on Hainan, which the retailer has identified as “one of the most important strategic locations in its network”. DFS and its regional partners will continue developing the Haikou Mission Hills site over the next two years, to create a shopping complex covering more than 50,000sqm and offering DFS’ largest beauty hall.
