Despite a little rain monday, march seems to be followed where in february, staying warm and dry. If history repeats itself the weather pattern could be concerning. Last year we tried out a little bit in february march and then it turned on like a faucet and we were flooding and floating away in april and early may. This has a feel similar to 2012, were february dried out, march dried out, and we stayed dry through the summer and ended up burning up with massive wildfires. Reporter good news is the snowpack statewide is at 99 thanks to a wet fall in long range projections show above normal level moisture. It is a matter of when.
