In this workshop, we ll explore which foods, herbal tonic teas, exercises, and visualizations can be used to increase resistance to disease in the spring and set us up for a healthy year. We ll also look at common Spring ailments and how to recognize and address them with simple, safe home remedies.
Together, we ll make and enjoy a spring meal including juices such as hawthorn and job’s tears, and spring tea combinations. A dozen herbs that are helpful for spring or liver health will be explained and brewed. You ll even receive samples to take home! At the end of class, we ll get a chance to recline into a meditation with wood-phase music.
