Sharjah Ramadan Majlis turns spotlight on the role of culture

Continuing its tradition of celebrating the spirit of dialogue during the holy month of Ramadan, Sharjah Ramadan Majlis launched its forth session on Wednesday ( 28 April), under the title “ Culture and building youth’s awareness”, aimed at turning spotlight on the role of culture in promoting youth’s awareness.
Hosted by Sharjah Press Club of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, the fourth session of the immensely ongoing popular event was headlined by Sheikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities; Rashid Mohammed Al Kous, Executive Director of Emirates Publishers Association. The session was moderated by Sheikha Al Mutairi.

The fifth edition of Xposure International Photography Festival concluded in Sharjah with a tribute to the practitioners of the art for their dedication to telling stories that must be told.
