The Kansas softball team topped No. 21 Baylor 2-1 in a pitchers’ dual at Getterman Stadium on Friday night, earning a victory in its conference opener for the second time in the past three years (2021).
The Kansas softball team is set to open its conference season at No. 21 Baylor, March 31-April 2. All three games at Getterman Stadium in Waco, Texas, will be streamed via Big 12 Now on ESPN+ with the March 31 game starting at 6:30 p.m. CT, the April 1 battle at 2 p.m. and the April 2 contest at noon.
The Kansas softball team (17-12) heads to east to take on the Kansas City Roos (5-24) for midweek action Tuesday, March 28 at 6 p.m. CT at the Urban Youth Academy.
The Kansas softball team won back-to-back games Sunday against Nebraska and Kansas City at Arrocha Ballpark to extend its winning streak to five games.
