WATERTOWN — Taylor J. Miller, 21, Ohio Street, was charged by city police on Saturday with second-degree harassment, second-degree strangulation, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.
WATERTOWN â Shaun K. Brandon, 26, of 224 Sherman St., Apt. 3, was charged by city police Sunday with second-degree criminal impersonation of a public servant and second-degree criminal trespass.
According to police records, at about 8:58 p.m., Mr. Brandon knocked on the door of Kathryn E. Lillieâs apartment and announced himself as a âWatertown sheriffâs deputyâ in an attempt to gain access to the apartment. Ms. Lillie opened the door, and Mr. Brandon entered her apartment against her wishes.
Mr. Brandon was arrested at 10:04 p.m. at his residence, taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and released with an appearance ticket.
