LANCASTER – A mall security firm has denied charges of gross negligence and cross-claim liability, in litigation brought by two shoppers allegedly injured while escaping from a shooting incident at the Park City Mall more than two years ago.

LANCASTER – The man responsible for discharging a firearm inside the Park City Mall a year and a half ago and instigating a panic that resulted in severe injuries to a number of fleeing shoppers has been joined as a defendant in litigation brought by two of those shoppers.
LANCASTER – A pair of shoppers at the Park City Mall who survived a shooting incident last October, but who were also trampled in the panic which ensued when the gun discharged inside the mall, have reiterated their claims against the mall and its security company.
