LAGUNA BEACH, CA The Arts Commission invited the public to attend the dedications for new temporary sculptures by local artists Jeffrey Skarvan and Casey Parlette on Friday, May 7, 2021, at 3:30 p.m.
The event started at the Red Phone Booth on Forest Avenue with the dedication of Call to Action by Jeffrey Skarvan.
The Commissioners then walked to the lawn of City Hall to dedicate Shark Migration by Casey Parlette.
