A recently restored memorial plaque honouring Mary and Henry Bibb, Windsor abolitionists who established an anti-slavery newspaper in the city, has been stolen from Mary E. Bibb Park.

New equity group aims to tackle anti-Blackness in Windsor-Essex public schools
