Reporter the arrests are just the beginning in their ongoing investigation. So far officers confiscated firearms and hundreds of Marijuana Plants from oakland streets. Loaded firearms and thousands of dollars of pot, now in position of Alameda County Narcotics Task force. We served 10 search warrants throughout the city of oakland. They were primarily marijuana growing associated to the mexican drug trade association. Reporter officers arrested 15 people who they say had ties to the mexican cartel. Several homes were the target of this investigation. Officers had their weapons at the ready and an Armored Vehicle was used for protection.
