As per data provided by MCD, between December 1 and 30, at least 111 illegal structures were demolished in different zones across the city. A total of 60 demolition drives were held. Shahdara North and South, followed by Narela and South witnessed maximum such drives.
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) will install 10,786 CCTV cameras at 786 school sites at a cost of approximately Rs 25 crore. Each MCD school will be installed with 10 IP-enabled Vandal Dome cameras and five bullet cameras in order to ensure the safety and security of students, the MCD said
