Local police have booked the accused for charges of riot and assault. NIBM Road resident and architect Badrinath Parthasarthi (52) lodged a complaint in this matter. He works with IBM in Hinjawadi, and says he has fed stray and abandoned cattle and buffaloes for the last 10 years.
