Man arrested after allegedly touching himself outside pair of Okanagan schools
A man was arrested and later released after allegedly committing an indecent near a pair of Okanagan schools.
According to Penticton RCMP, on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, multiple people reported seeing an inappropriately dressed man who appeared to be touching his genitals while in the driver seat of his red Sedan. The first incident occurred at KVR Middle School while the next two took place in the neighbourhood of Skaha Middle School.
Based on the description of the vehicle provided by witnesses and RCMP officers, police were able to locate the man after patrolling the city. The 32-year-old man was arrested and later released on strict conditions.
