Again that was due to a stalled vehicle that they are clearing just past treasure island. They should have it off the upper deck within the next couple of minutes but speeds down about 15 Miles Per Hour in some spots. We have a hot spot in the south bay 101 northbound to northbound 680. That connector road is blocked for an accident clearing. It should be wrapped up in a couple of minutes. It is a beautiful morning out there right now.
