The Karnataka High Court has quashed the orders of a lower court to conduct investigations against Bengaluru Police Commissioner Kamal Pant and others in connection with failing to register a case against a former BJP minister over an alleged Sex CD case.
The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday directed the police to find out and slap a notice on a person who appeared semi-naked during a video conference. The court also asked that the electronic data in this connection be retrieved.
