Police say the pedestrian who was hit and the driver were taken to San Francisco general hospital. Police say ruffin and accomplice 22 year old douglas woods arrived by bicycle at home on the 1500 block of etting street around 9 40 friday night. Police say both men had criminal records, and an on going dispute with a 24 year old man at the scene. Homicide captain james clark.
