That tone then switches to “normal” Rogen. “In other ways, cannabis is exactly like a lot of things on the planet in that not everyone requires the same amount for it to work properly,” he suggests. “If you don’t ingest cannabis regularly or have not ingested cannabis in a while, you may prefer less cannabis than you think,” he says in a welcoming tone, advising people to start slow.
Rogen recommends that newbies and returners take a single hit, as the video shows the formerly freaked-out party guest having a puff and looking happy and relaxed.
“Then get your phone or egg timer and set the alarm for 15 minutes. When your timer goes off, see how you feel,” Rogen recommends. “If you’re not excruciatingly tired or having a panic attack, maybe have another hit. Or don’t. Better to underdo it than to overdo it.”
