Sesame Bankhall Group appoints new propositions director

Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) has appointed Craig Ross to lead the newly formed proposition team.
Ross will report to SBG chief executive officer Michele Golunska.
With this newly created role, SBG strives to develop its adviser services.
The propositions director will lead the expansion of SBG’s activities in wealth, protection, later life and mortgage services to directly authorised firms and its mortgage network advisers.
Golunska said: “Craig is a senior figure with an excellent track record in the design and build of new products and business services for advisory firms.

Impact Specialist Finance has been reappointed to Sesame Bankhall Group’s specialist lending panel of master brokers.
The firm says the move allows the Sesame Network and PMS Mortgage Club members to access its range of products, such as bridging and commercial finance, buy-to-let, credit impaired and specialist residential mortgages.
Impact adds the partnership also includes a referral service, where, for example, a broker may not have the relevant permissions to progress an application.
It says referrals can be accepted for regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy to let and commercial mortgages.

Brightstar Financial has partnered with Sesame Bankhall Group as a preferred distributor on its specialist lending panel.
PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network will have access to a range of specialist first and second charge mortgages, as well as commercial, bridging and development finance.

Sesame Bankhall Group has launched a new specialist lending panel of six leading master brokers for PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network members.

The master brokers on the new specialist lending panel are 3mc, Brightstar, Crystal Specialist Finance, Impact Specialist Finance, Positive Lending and Watts Commercial.
