Impact Specialist Finance has been reappointed to Sesame Bankhall Group’s specialist lending panel of master brokers.
The firm says the move allows the Sesame Network and PMS Mortgage Club members to access its range of products, such as bridging and commercial finance, buy-to-let, credit impaired and specialist residential mortgages.
Impact adds the partnership also includes a referral service, where, for example, a broker may not have the relevant permissions to progress an application.
It says referrals can be accepted for regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy to let and commercial mortgages.

Mojo Mortgages has signed a deal with Impact Specialist Finance to be its referral partner for borrowers with complex circumstances or a poor credit history.
Impact has 30 years’ experience in the field, while Mojo Mortgages has arranged home loans for 75,000 borrowers so far.

Sesame Bankhall Group has launched a new specialist lending panel of six leading master brokers for PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network members.
The panel provides advisers with access to a range of first and second charge mortgages, alongside commercial and bridging finance.
The master brokers on the new specialist lending panel are 3mc, Brightstar, Crystal Specialist Finance, Impact Specialist Finance, Positive Lending and Watts Commercial.
