We have traffic on the east shore freeway that will be backed up this morning through the richmond area getting out into el cerrito and berkeley. Although it is not unusual, it is slow here in this area. And when you get to the toll plaza, it is about a 20, maybe 25minute delay depending which lane youre in and if youre using fast track or not. The carpool lanes look good. No trouble
