Council members rhonda capron says the unanimous vote not only benefits the Ambulance Service but the city as a whole. We approved the subsidy for the Ambulance Services for 75000 if they dont use it we get it back so it works out the best for all of us. Tim witnesses say the car went airborne on 25th street as it flew over a steep hill. We have more details tonight in our top story.
