Were a lot of these threats and vile comments racist in nature . A lot of them were racist. A lot of them were hateful. Giuliani conceded in a court filing last month hed made false statements about freeman and moss. He failed to produce any evidence in the Discovery Portion of the case, which led to the judges Defamation Ruling here. Freeman and moss said the ruling brings them one step closer to rebuilding their lives. Spokesperson for giuliani says he has been, quote, wrongly
or two individuals continually perpetrating the same types of anti social behaviour offences, so what are classed as low level offences. at night in and night out. and they are not very serious crimes but they ruined the lives of people who live in those towns, and what we are seeing is that because there is no one around at night time from the police, there is no active deterrent on the ground to stop those people doing those things. they feel like they are never going to get caught and so the toughness of the sentencing doesn t really make a difference to them. when i had an open meeting recently with residents in 0swestry and the police and crime commissioner one resident said to me we don t even bother to report crime any more because we don t feel like anybody is going to follow up on it, that s really, really concerning. so although the community support officers that we have worked really, really hard, there aren t enough of them to follow up on these types of events, and that s
