hurricane itself that kept them from being more specific but there s no way it s only 64 people that died because of that hurricane. there are still people there who don t have water, electricity. why is the focus on a number when clearly there needs to be a focus on what needs be done in puerto rico. i think unfortunately 60 days from the midterm, some of it is really politics. but in terms of there are people certainly who care about those people puerto rico, who have family there. this isn t just about numbers in politics. there s a sensitivity issue that seems to be missing. do you get that? and i understand that and i want to say that the numbers to the degree it s possible, we eneed an accurate count because
that the fault of the parents that are making that terrible mistake and decision to do that. but you re discounting the desperation, steve. why did my family come here two generations ago? i m not. they were desperate. it was not because they were levelheaded and had options. this was a desperate cause to get here. the system was different then. now it s harder to get in. and out of desperation, they do it illegally. doesn t make it right, but how you deal with it becomes a sensitivity issue. here s another example chris, let me ask you, then. what s your answer? open borders? no. is that your answer? my job is to test power and judge what it does, hold it accountable for what it does. the people will judge it. i hold it accountable. that s what this is about. and this winds up being the theme of sensitivity. you know who suffers the most? the victims in every different dynamic. yeah. hispanics, primary. look at those in puerto rico right now. look at puerto rico

help for these people. is that on us? do you think that s on is there a lesson that i mean, you can t make these people come back. you can t fix what happened here. you can t fix what s broke like that. but in your experience and now what you re living through, do you think we need to look at it and figure out, there s got to be something so you don t wind up with the same set of ingredients that leads to evil? it needs to be looked at more. and we need more places to put these people, to try to help them. there s a sensitivity issue that comes up that i respect and i understand, but not completely, which is, don t talk about it now. give them their time, give them their time. but as you know, because you re one of them now, sheriff, nobody want answers more than you guys do. you don t want anybody else to ever have to look at what you had to look at. no, we don t. but we ll hear from that lawmakers who don t want to take it on, because it s too hard, sheriff. because
where we agree. this kid with his arms behind this back? there is no excuse. even if the child is hitting them to properly restrain someone you don t put the force on the arm. this is a wrestling move. it is going to hurt. it is not about sensitivity training even. there is a policy about how you can handcuff people in the school district and this is not in the policy. you would not do anything to this. i thought was a sensitivity issue. but this is over policing and too much force. if they cannot handle an eight and nine year old kid with no weapons and maybe they for trying to punch him, but they have adhd they will be doing that. and there are times when you restrain a child but not that way. it was totally improper to restrain the child that way.
