The family of a man who was unlawfully killed after being restrained by Metrolink-contracted staff say they are hugely disappointed that manslaughter charges won t be brought in relation to his death.
Jack Barnes, 29, was heard to say I can t breathe several times as he was pinned down by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) outside Australasia restaurant on Deansgate in October 2016.
