The family of a man who was 'unlawfully killed' after being restrained by Metrolink-contracted staff say they are 'hugely disappointed' that manslaughter charges won't be brought in relation to his death.
Jack Barnes, 29, was heard to say 'I can't breathe' several times as he was pinned down by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) outside Australasia restaurant on Deansgate in October 2016.
