The Information s report pointed to Apple s future Mixed Reality Headset providing 8K displays which we had said was first established by patents. Today the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office officially granted Apple a patent that relates to Apple s 8K foveated displays for a future headset.
Patently Apple was first to discover two European patent filings from Apple on the topic of 8K foveated displays for use in Apple s future headset.
