On the matter of the government suspending parliament for five weeks, the English High Court had decided it was a political matter and none of its business. Scotlands top court ruled it was very much its business and unlawful. Today the countrys Supreme Court made the ultimate judgment. Nobody knew for sure which way it would go. Few anticipated it would be this bad for the Prime Minister. The decision to advise her majesty to Prorogue Parliament was unlawful. It had the effect of frustrating or preventing the ability of parliament to carry out its constitutional functions without reasonable justification. Westminster in shock as 11 justices of the Supreme Court unanimously ruled the Prime Minister should not have suspended parliament. Would you have public support to use facial recognition to try to intercept that group of individuals before they could do harm . I would suggest almost categorically that you would. An opposite example now. An individual is being kicked out of the pub for drinking too much on a saturday night. The pub has taken a photo of that individual.
