Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair a Covid review meeting on Wednesday as the country has reported an uptick in cases over the last two weeks, said a report.
Those going in for paid Covid booster from Sunday will not have to pay more than Rs 375 per dose at private vaccination centres with the government today capping the service charge at Rs 150 and vaccine makers cutting the cost to Rs 225 a shot.
Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that the timely completion of vaccination coverage is important to confer full protection of vaccines to the recipients.
