During a workshop held Tuesday in preparation for the handover of documents to the next administration, Andanar said the PCOO and its attached agencies have made significant strides under his leadership. "It is very important to explain to them what we have done and why we did it. Let us show them the rationale behind our programs and give them compelling reasons why these should be carried on. We should also give them a broad picture of our offices - our structure, functions, our people, our assets as well as our liabilities," he said.
